Sensory Regulation & Coping Skills Group (Ages 5–8)
Calm & Create Club teaches young children healthy ways to manage big feelings and build calming skills. Through sensory activities, movement games, and creative coping tools, kids learn body awareness, emotional regulation, and confidence in handling everyday challenges.obstacles, and achieve success in all areas of your life.
Social Skills Through Play (Ages 6–9)
Friendship Factory helps children learn important friendship skills through guided play, cooperative games, and social coaching. Kids practice sharing, communication, teamwork, and emotional regulation while building confidence in social situations.
Art & Confidence Group (Ages 8–12)
Create & Shine Studio encourages kids to build confidence, express emotions, and discover their strengths through creative art projects and guided activities. Each session helps children develop self-esteem, creativity, and positive identity while connecting with peers in a supportive group setting.
Gaming & Social Confidence Group (Ages 11–15)
Level Up Lounge uses cooperative and strategy-based video games to help teens strengthen communication, teamwork, and emotional control. Through guided gameplay and group discussion, participants build social confidence, problem-solving skills, and positive peer connections in a fun and supportive environment.
Creative Communication
(Ages 3–5)
Creative Communication is a play-based social communication group designed to help young children build language, interaction, and engagement skills in a fun and supportive environment. Through games, music, movement, sensory activities, stories, and hands-on play, participants learn to express wants and needs, communicate with others, follow directions, take turns, and build meaningful social connections.
This group incorporates verbal language, visual supports, and introductory sign language to encourage communication across a variety of learning styles and developmental levels. Activities are designed to promote confidence, participation, and positive peer interactions while helping children strengthen foundational communication skills.
Creative Communication welcomes children with a variety of communication styles and developmental needs, including neurodivergent learners, while providing opportunities for peer interaction, language development, and skill-building through play.
Life Launch: Building Skills for Success (Ages 12+)
Life Launch is designed to help teens and young adults develop the practical skills needed for success at home, school, work, and in the community. Through interactive activities, real-life scenarios, games, and guided discussions, participants build confidence while learning communication skills, emotional regulation, problem-solving, self-advocacy, executive functioning, healthy relationships, and goal setting.
Participants will also have opportunities to learn important independent living and career-readiness skills, including creating resumes, completing job applications, preparing for interviews, managing a checking account, budgeting, basic financial literacy, time management, organization, and workplace communication.
Life Launch empowers participants to navigate everyday challenges, build independence, make positive decisions, and prepare for success in school, employment, relationships, and adult life.
