Art & Confidence Group (Ages 8–12)

Create & Shine Studio encourages kids to build confidence, express emotions, and discover their strengths through creative art projects and guided activities. Each session helps children develop self-esteem, creativity, and positive identity while connecting with peers in a supportive group setting.

Gaming & Social Confidence Group (Ages 11–15)

Level Up Lounge uses cooperative and strategy-based video games to help teens strengthen communication, teamwork, and emotional control. Through guided gameplay and group discussion, participants build social confidence, problem-solving skills, and positive peer connections in a fun and supportive environment.

Creative Communication

 (Ages 3–5)

Creative Communication is a play-based social communication group designed to help young children build language, interaction, and engagement skills in a fun and supportive environment. Through games, music, movement, sensory activities, stories, and hands-on play, participants learn to express wants and needs, communicate with others, follow directions, take turns, and build meaningful social connections.

Women's Small Group (Ages 18-29)

Her Next Chapter is a supportive group for young women ages 18–29 designed to build confidence, strengthen self-esteem, develop meaningful connections, and navigate the challenges of adulthood. Through guided activities, conversations, and creative experiences, participants are encouraged to express themselves, discover their strengths, and feel confident stepping into their next chapter. 

Tutoring / Art Classes

Tutoring & Art combines academic support with creative expression to help students build confidence, strengthen learning skills, and have fun while they learn. Students receive individualized tutoring support while using art-based activities to encourage creativity, communication, focus, problem-solving, and independence.
