Program Director/ Managing Member
Tabitha Grace is the Founder and Program Director of Grace Therapy Group, LLC, where she focuses on building a compassionate, relationship-centered environment that supports individuals and families through every stage of life. With a background in behavioral support, community outreach, program development, and practice management, Tabitha is passionate about creating spaces where people feel welcomed, encouraged, and genuinely cared for.
Currently pursuing her Master of Social Work degree, Tabitha has dedicated much of her work to supporting individuals and families impacted by trauma, emotional and behavioral challenges, addiction, and life transitions. Her experience includes years of community outreach, leading support-focused programs, working alongside families navigating complex needs, and managing healthcare operations within a multidisciplinary setting.
At Grace Therapy Group, Tabitha oversees program development, operations, community partnerships, and social development programming designed to help children, teens, and families build confidence, emotional resilience, communication skills, and meaningful connections.
She works closely with licensed therapists and trained team members to ensure clients receive compassionate, individualized support in a welcoming and inclusive environment.
Tabitha’s vision for Grace Therapy Group is rooted in the belief that healing and growth happen through connection, consistency, and being met with dignity and compassion. She is committed to building a practice that combines professionalism with a genuine sense of community and care.
Outside of her professional work, Tabitha is actively involved in nonprofit outreach and community support initiatives throughout the Mobile area through Just Go Outreach, a 501(c)(3) organization focused on serving individuals and families in need.
