Program Director/ Managing Member

Tabitha Grace is the Founder and Program Director of Grace Therapy Group, LLC, where she focuses on building a compassionate, relationship-centered environment that supports individuals, families, and organizations. With a background in behavioral support, community outreach, business consulting, program development, and practice management, Tabitha is passionate about creating spaces where people feel welcomed, encouraged, supported, and empowered to grow.

Currently pursuing her Master of Social Work degree, Tabitha has dedicated much of her work to supporting individuals and families impacted by trauma, emotional and behavioral challenges, addiction, and life transitions. Her experience includes years of community outreach, leading support-focused programs, working alongside families navigating complex needs, and managing healthcare operations within a multidisciplinary setting.

At Grace Therapy Group, Tabitha oversees program development, business operations, community partnerships, and social development programming designed to help children, teens, and families build confidence, emotional resilience, communication skills, and meaningful connections. She works closely with licensed therapists and trained team members to ensure clients receive compassionate, individualized support in a welcoming and inclusive environment.

In addition to her work in behavioral health and community programming, Tabitha provides business consulting services focused on organizational development, employee training, leadership development, operational efficiency, and strategic planning. Drawing on her extensive experience in business management, human resources, staff development, and healthcare administration, she works with businesses to strengthen their teams, improve workplace communication, streamline processes, and develop practical strategies for long-term success. Her consulting approach emphasizes understanding the unique needs of each organization while helping business owners and their employees build confidence, accountability, and stronger professional relationships.

Tabitha’s vision for Grace Therapy Group is rooted in the belief that healing, growth, and success happen through connection, consistency, and being met with dignity and compassion. Whether supporting individuals and families or helping businesses and their teams reach their potential, she is committed to combining professionalism with a genuine sense of community, collaboration, and care.

Outside of her professional work, Tabitha is actively involved in nonprofit outreach and community support initiatives throughout the Mobile area through Just Go Outreach, a 501(c)(3) organization focused on serving individuals and families in need.
