Hi, I’m Rick Layzod, a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker. I use a compassionate and down-to-earth approach, offering a safe and non-judgmental space where you can openly explore how to face a variety of challenges. I have worked with children, teens, and adults. I use a trauma-informed approach to help navigate constructive ways to cope with trauma, depression, anxiety, PTSD, personality disorders, and bipolar disorder. I am passionate about tailoring each person’s therapeutic experience to fit their individual needs. I integrate various evidence-based practices to help find solutions to life challenges, manage overwhelming feelings, and build health coping skills. I have experience working with LGBTQ+ individuals.
